*ANY DRIVER WHO KNOWINGLY LETS A PERSON DRIVE WITHOUT A PERMIT OR LICENSE MIGHT BE CHARGED WITH A SECOND-DEGREE MISDEMEANOR PUNISHABLE BY 60 DAYS IN JAIL AND UP TO $500 FINE.
